Sam's Background
Sam Skalak is the NRS Site Manager in Illinois. Sam earned a BSc. Biology (cnu.edu) in 2008, and MSc. Biology (uregina.ca) in 2010. Since that time, he’s received additional certifications in ecological monitoring, heavy equipment, wildland + structure firefighting, herbicide, chainsaws, hazmat ops, landfills, and sewage treatment systems.

Sam, along with his wife Holly and their two dogs, love camping, canoeing, and all things travel-related.
